Order Processing Time
All hampers are curated and packaged with care.
Standard processing times are:

1–3 business days for ready-made hampers

3–7 business days for personalised, seasonal or high-volume orders
During peak seasons (Christmas, Easter, Eid, Mother’s Day), processing times may be longer.
We do not process or dispatch orders on weekends or public holidays.
Delivery Timeframes
Delivery times depend on the courier and destination.
Once dispatched, your order will typically arrive within:

2–5 business days within the UK

Longer for pre-orders or seasonal releases
Please note:
Delivery delays can occur due to courier issues, weather, peak seasons or unforeseen circumstances. These delays are outside of our control.
Delivery Address & Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery addresses.
We are not liable for:

Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses

Failed deliveries where the courier attempted delivery

Hampers left in a safe place, with neighbours, or returned to depot
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, customers may be required to pay additional shipping fees for redelivery.
Lost or Delayed Parcels / Damaged Orders
Once an order has been handed over to the courier, Hinchykaye is not responsible for transit delays or loss. However, we will assist you in opening an investigation with the courier. A replacement or refund will only be considered once the courier confirms the parcel is permanently lost.
Damaged Orders
We take great care with packaging.
If your order arrives damaged:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

Provide clear photos of the damage

Include photos of the packaging, hamper contents and shipping label
We will review the claim and offer a replacement or partial refund depending on the situation. Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be accepted due to the perishable nature of our products.
