Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery addresses.
Hinchykaye is not liable for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses.

4. Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable and bespoke nature of our hampers, returns are not accepted unless products arrive damaged or incorrect.

If your items arrive damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos.
Refunds or replacements are processed at our discretion.

Products may contain allergens including nuts, dairy, gluten, and soy.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to check ingredient information before consumption.

6. Corporate Orders

Custom corporate orders may require deposits, which are non-refundable once production begins.

• Personalized or custom hampers cannot be returned or refunded once production has started.

• Any customization requests made after an order is confirmed may not be accommodated.
